Character profile
The rising crescent symbolizes the future of The Royal Families and the City. The much-loved scion of House Luna, an innocent young aristocrat, and the Detective's landlady. Cynthia is a naughty prankster, though her acts of mischief are mostly harmless. After all, noble acuity and insight naturally flow within her veins. The bread kitty toys are her most loyal entourage. Any miscreants seeking to do harm to the scion shall face their most unforgiving acts of sanction.
