Furthermore, after taking into consideration the number of abnormal data occurrences during Solo Raid - Luxurious Spider, their impact on the Ranking Results, and the correlations between the gameplay environments associated with the relevant accounts, we have taken the following actions in addition to removing the affected Ranking Records.Account Actions:紫**云: Multiple instances of abnormal data detected — 10-year account suspension根*, JR女***地義, 大*熊, 水*月: Five instances of abnormal data detected for each account — 60-day account suspension六**宝: Three instances of abnormal data detected — 30-day account suspensionD*N: One instance of abnormal data detected — 7-day account suspension Additional Measures Regarding Abnormal Data1. We will place the relevant accounts and their associated gameplay environments under enhanced, long-term monitoring.2. Going forward, if we detect abnormal data of the same nature, we may further extend the duration of the account restriction or permanently suspend the account, depending on the circumstances.3. If you disagree with the actions taken against your account, you may submit supporting evidence through the Customer Service Center to request a review. We will comprehensively review the submitted materials together with the Battle Reports, account data, gameplay environment information, and other materials submitted through the Customer Service Center.4. We will continue to improve our abnormal data monitoring system and do everything in our power to ensure that such data does not affect fair competition. In addition to our actions regarding abnormal data, we have also confirmed that some Commanders have recently contacted the Customer Service Center with questions regarding account suspension measures.For these cases, we have conducted additional reviews, including verifying whether unauthorized software was used and whether any suspensions were issued in error.Based on our latest verification, we have confirmed that there is clear evidence that the accounts currently subject to suspension used unauthorized software.For accounts with confirmed use of unauthorized software, our Operations team has consistently taken strong enforcement measures, including long-term suspensions.At the same time, we will continue to strengthen and improve our response systems so that abnormal gameplay can be identified more accurately and prevented in advance.
