Banner rules
Simultaneous reruns for Lorentz Butterfly and Enigma.
A 6-star has a 70% chance of being either featured unit, with equal shares.
Each of the first three ten-pulls costs eight Unilogs.
An off-target 6-star guarantees a featured unit next.
This independent pity counter resets when the banner ends.
