Design and background
Red hair and eyes, lock ornaments and a black umbrella define the design.
Suoming is introduced through ten pacts made against a homeland calamity and a supervisory role protecting Mengzhou.
The long-kept umbrella has been repaired with new materials, while retaining its meaning as protection for others.
Keepsakes and lore report
The locks preserve pacts, borrowed powers and memories.
An in-universe frequency report describes sealing and borrowing others’ frequencies, with a lore limit of ten.
This must not be converted into combat multipliers or gameplay stack limits.
